Para-CON
is not about being the largest Paranormal event in the country, it is
about educating the public to the culture of paranormal. We have
brought together many educated and beautiful speakers, artists,
performers, models, etc to reveal to the world that paranormal is
diversity. Para-CON is about celebrating and understanding the
many cultures it crosses.
Para-CON will be 2 fun days of morning breakfasts,
luncheons, dinners, shuttled tours, parties, contests, media, and the
convention housing speakers, demonstrations of equipment, movies,
performers, and a Harry Potter style market place where those who
purchase tickets can stroll through as if they are in a movie with live
acts in the center to add more anticipation for Showroom doors to open.
There will be 2 hour Showroom blocks, schedules to be posted soon. Add

All doctors, speakers, and performers are the top in their field, and if you didn’t know their name, you soon will.
Dr. Barry Taff earned his doctorate in psychophysiology with a minor in
biomedical engineering from UCLA. He holds six medical patents. From
1969 through 1978 he worked out of the former parapsychology laboratory
at UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Institute as a research assosciate where he
studied telepathy, precognition, and remote viewing as well as
poltergeists, doppelgangers and UFOs. Dr. Taff's research has been
published in numerous journals, periodicals, magazines and books over
the last 25 years. He has been the prinicipal investigator on more than
3,500 cases of poltergeists and hauntings, one of which became the
bestselling book and motion picture, 'The Entity.'
HOST OF: The APSR (Alabama ParaSpiritual Research) Paranormal Talk Radio Show. Dr.
Jimmy and his wife Heather are also paranormal researchers and
investigators. His primary focus has been in that of demonology. He has
authored a book and many articles over the years concerning the
spiritual realm. He is releasing his new book and DVD "Haunted South"
in the fall of 2005. It is his vision that APSR will be a platform to
provide a wide network of paranormal investigators and groups
throughout the nation.
Loyd
Auerbach is a professor of parapsychology and a prominent field
investigator in psychic phenomena. He is an accomplished professional
mentalist and psychic entertainer, performing as Professor Paranormal
before private and corporate groups. He served as President of the
Psychic Entertainers Association for four terms from 2001-2005.
As Jon weaves his spell of the audience it becomes apparent that they
can actually feel the magic happening. As Jon tells tales of searching
for the truth, you have no choice but to relive the experince and see
the phenomena for yourself.
Jon intends to bring you into his world, a world of Psychic phenomenon, ghosts/spirits, con men/women, illusion, and Voodoo.
Konstantinos
is a recognized expert on occult, new age, and paranormal topics. He
has a bachelor's degree in journalism and technical writing from New
York Polytechnic Institute. He is a published author of articles and
short fiction which have been featured in numerous publications
including Popular Electronics, The Spook, and FATE Magazine.
Konstantinos is also the author of Vampires: The Occult Truth,
Summoning Spirits: The Art of Magical Evocation, Speak with the Dead: 7
Methods for Spirit Communication, Gothic Grimoire, Nocturnal
Witchcraft, and the forthcoming Nocturnicon: Calling Dark Forces and
Powers (Sept 2005).
Derrick is a Psychic / Medium, that makes himself available to the Spirit world to receive
messeges from those who have passed over to the other side. With the assistance of his spirit guide White Bear, he uses this gift to prove to all that life does exist after death. Derrick boasts many abilities with being Shamanic healer, psychic/medium, paranormal investigator and host of BBS radio show "Between Two Worlds."
Brian Leffler has been a paranormal investigator for many years now. Before that, he would have laughed at anyone telling him ghosts are real. Then, out of nowhere he moved into a house that provided him with a multitude of paranormal experiences that eventually cracked the hardened shell that is hard-nosed skepticism. He began to study the paranormal and became a paranormal investigator. Now Brian is an author, being published on the Internet, in Fate Magazine and his own book called "Ghosts: Minnesota's Other Natural Resource." He has done radio also and loves to conduct interviews with his peers in the paranormal field. Brian is also a public speaker and is a member of the Robbie Thomas Team and he hopes that you will be watching for the Robbie Thomas Tour to come to your location so that he will have a chance to meet his listeners.
What he is most proud of are the advances that he has contributed to in the field of paranormal research such as finding proof that not all orbs are dirt but in fact, a small percentage of them are actually spirit related!

Considine is one of a small number of lay religious demonologists and
is also a paranormal researcher based in West Haven, Connecticut. He
was a featured guest on the paranormal radio show Coast to Coast on

been as been consulted by CNN, the BBC and The Living Channel. He also
worked on three episodes of the Discovery Channel's television program
A Haunting including an episode that aired in September 2006 about a
haunted house in Seymour, Connecticut.

Flame." Best known for his 2005 work "Embracing the Darkness;

Scott Christiansen
Scott Christiansen is very blessed to receive a National Congressional
Leadership Award. With receipt of this award, he was also appointed to
the Business Advisory Council of South Dakota
& was named Honorary Chairman. This is an incredible honor. Very
few people are hand selected by the United Stated Congress to receive
this award. (When they presented Scott with this prestigious award,
they also presented him with an actual Gavel used in Congress).
As the
US Congress does not recognize very many psychics, this speaks highly
of Scott’s abilities and his integrity. In addition, the members of the
Congressional Committee were so impressed with Scott’s track record and
“down to Earth” business sense, that they also appointed him to the
